Holiday Shipping Information

For delivery by December 23 within the United Kingdom, orders will be shipped by the 21st. FROMSCRXTCH.COM is not responsible for any carrier-related delays. 

Shipping and delivery information

Shipping times may increase during specific holidays and other peak seasons. We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method agreed at the time of shipping. 

Amending a shipping address

We cannot change the shipping address or shipping method once these details have been agreed in writing (email) with the client. 

Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipments tracking information. 

Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has been shipped.
