All sales are final. Please note that once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or changed. 

UK ORDERS

FROMSCRXTCH offers free shipping on orders within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please allow up to 2 business days do receive your parcel from confirmation of shipment. 

SALES TAX

VAT is applied to all orders. 

International orders (outside of the UK) may be subject to sales tax, import duties and customs charges at the receiver's expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country. Please contact your local customs for further information. 

PREORDER

FROMSCRXTCH collects payment, in full, for all items purchased at the time the order is placed. 

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email of the same. 

ORDER STATUS
